Stacey Shepley is a Captain in the Professional Standards Department of Essex-Windsor EMS. She is responsible for the Quality Assurance and KPI reporting for the Stroke, STEMI and Trauma program. In 2018 EWEMS recorded 36 cardiac Saves or survivors and reduced stroke door to needle time from 95 minutes to 45. Program improvements are achieved with coordination, communication and collaboration.
